- Aroma Care Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario, please email or call our customer service team.
- Aroma Care Online can accept any return & exchange only in the case if the product is damaged, wrong delivered, or in a replacement case, and the product will be in an unused/intact/sealable and undamaged condition.
- The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by the Aroma Care Team
- "These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India."
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under the exchange/returns policy.
- Once the return/exchange request has been accepted, we will process it within 7 to 21 working days.
- Coupons are not valid on discounted products.
- You cannot club any 2 coupons on the same order.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Product packaging not opened, product not used.
